We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at studio653clothingco@gmail.com If your return is accepted, you are responsible for paying shipping for the return as well as insurance and tracking. Blue June Outfitters is not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
Include a note with the return indicating your order number and reason for the return. If we are unable to identify your return, you will not be refunded.
Returns that were not approved will not be refunded or returned to you.
Returns that are returned late will not be refunded or returned to you.
Returns that arrive damaged or in "used" condition (i.e. pet hair, smells, stains, etc.) will not be refunded or returned to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us 10 days after delivery of your item, the item is considered "used" and your return/refund request will be rejected.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or of poor print quality, Studio 653 will cover a replacement at no extra fee to you. Please email us at studio653clothingco@gmail.com with photos of what you've received so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Seasonal items (holidays, special events, etc.), sale and clearance items, gift card purchases, items returned without approval.
Exchanges
As stated above, we print all orders on demand. We do not store inventory. For this reason, we do not currently accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
